Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to our booking policy: Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit. In the event of weather-related delays or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible. Final payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined above.
